As a Growth Marketer at Source.ag, you will join our growing B2B Marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts to new heights. Among other things, you'll be responsible for creating (together with our team), planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a single focus on lead generation and brand awareness. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:


What we'd love you to get excited about

  • Lead Generation: You get a thrill out of developing, setting up, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook and Youtube. Making sure there’s a constant flow of high quality leads coming in through our website. You are also a master at driving successful display campaigns, and you have experience both with direct buy and programmatic.  Lastly, you are experienced in SEA as well, making sure our presence is noticed and effective in all digital areas where our next potential clients are. Generating leads and increasing brand visibility is the reason you wake up in the morning! 

  • Marketing funnel management: Design (strategize) and implement marketing automation workflows in Salesforce Account Engagement Marketing Cloud to nurture leads (lead scoring) throughout the sales funnel.

  • Analytics and Data Analysis: Utilise Analytics tools like (Google Analytics, Plausible, Hotjar) to track and optimise website (traffic), user behaviour, and campaign success. Generate insights from data to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead A/B testing and other CRO initiatives to improve campaign and website conversion rates.

Job requirements

You have:

  • 4+ years Growth/Digital Marketing experience with a focus on lead generation, lead nurturing and marketing automation in an (international) B2B environment.

  • Social channels (paid) have no secrets for you, and you have a track record of successful display campaigns on your name.

  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and other marketing (analytics) tools (Hotjar, GA, Looker Studio or other BI tool)

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

  • A track record of successful CRO initiatives and website optimisation results.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to everything you do.

  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g. Salesforce, Social advertising, Google) are a plus.

  • Outstanding communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
