We do this by building software and AI solutions that help growers to more efficiently and effectively manage their day-to-day operations. We are building an international, diverse, multi-disciplinary team consisting of the brightest talents that the fields of engineering, data science, and plant science have to offer, complemented with the people that can bring these solutions to our customers and help them become successful with it.

As an Implementation & Onboarding Specialist at Source, you are responsible to make our customers -the growers- successful using our solutions. Our solution supports growers at the very core of what they do, and therefore our customers are looking for someone they trust, who understands their reality, and knows what they’re talking about. Next to that, you are also the voice of your customers in our own organisation, and will be working with our Product teams to ensure our solutions support their use cases. You'll be wearing many hats and should feel comfortable switching between working with customers and spearheading a wide variety of internal initiatives within Source.

What we'd love you to get excited about

You will give growers a head start with the use of Source by implementing and explaining our AI products for growers. Further, you are accountable for:

Client Onboarding:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for our growers, ensuring a smooth adoption of our AI technology.

  • Build relationships with growers to understand how they can get the most value out of our products

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Support & Customer Success teams to communicate customer needs and expectations.


  • Ensure our models give the right predictions to growers by owning the sensor data quality and translating grower's strategies with the AI's necessary configurations

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the development team to resolve any challenges during the implementation phase

  • Using the experiences above to improve and scale the implementation process of our AI products and enable the Implementation team to support AI product implementation at scale

Job requirements

You have:

  • Experience in customer onboarding and implementation, preferably in the agricultural and/or SaaS industry;

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users;

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;

  • Joy in travelling to customer sites as needed;

  • Self-starting and proactive attitude: you bring and implement ideas to improve our implementation & onboarding process;

  • Curiosity: you are eager to understand the reality of our customers and motivated to expand your knowledge about growing in greenhouses;

  • Outstanding communication skills in both Dutch and English;

  • A valid driving licence for driving in The Netherlands.
