We are looking for a dynamic, commercially savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive Source's international growth. Somebody with experience driving revenue while creating a client experience that builds loyalty. Our ideal candidate is customer-centric, takes full ownership of their territory as if it were their own business, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in helping our customers improve their business.
What we’d love you to get excited about
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships in the global Greenhouse agriculture market. We need a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is laser-focused on results.
Furthermore, you will:
Craft and execute market entry strategies for new regions, leveraging relationships with pioneering customers in these areas.
Build a pipeline by actively prospecting and engaging with leads throughout the sales cycle.
Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demos
Articulate the business value, ROI, and technical advantages of Source's solution.
The commercial domain within Source is relatively new, a roll-up your sleeves mentality is required to co-build this domain.
4+ years of commercial experience in the protected agriculture (horticulture) sector
A can-do attitude and an appetite for working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organisation.
Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, and drive for continuous improvement
Willingness to travel as needed, within the Netherlands and abroad (Europe, North America)
Proficiency in English, accompanied by exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders.
Speaking Spanish and Dutch is an advantage
