We are seeking a dynamic, commercially savvy individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive Source's international growth. This person should be eager to expand Source’s presence around the world, by generating new leads. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role within the commercial team, ensuring maximum output for the entire team. Our ideal candidate will take full ownership of their role as if it were their own business and be passionate about making a meaningful impact. Source is growing rapidly, and we expect our employees to grow with us. The candidate should have the ambition to advance to a Sales Manager role as soon as possible.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and researching their needs. We need a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is laser-focused on results. Here's what will get your adrenaline pumping as a Sales Representative at Source:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through various methods such as market research, social media, and networking

  • Qualifying Leads: Assessing the needs and potential of leads to determine their likelihood of becoming customers.

  • Follow-up Sales Initiatives: Drive sales and unearth new opportunities together with the sales managers.

Job requirements

You have:

  • Experience: One or two years of working experience (horticulture sector is a plus)

  • Mindset: We seek a can-do attitude and a penchant for fast-paced environments.

  • Perspective: Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and abroad (Europe, North America), with proficiency in English and, ideally additional languages.
