We do this by building software and AI solutions that help growers to more efficiently and effectively manage their day-to-day operations. As Head of RevOps, you'll be the direct partner and go-to person for the CCO (Ernst van Bruggen), completely owning and running our entire commercial domain. This means you'll be the architect behind our sales success, ensuring everything from strategy to day-to-day operations runs seamlessly, enabling the CCO to focus on leading our sales and account executive teams.

What we would like you to get excited about

  • Process Definition & Optimization: You'll define, document, and implement the efficient processes that drive our commercial operations, becoming the go-to expert for training and supporting our teams to ensure smooth adoption.

  • Tool Implementation & Architecture: You'll have full ownership over shaping and defining our CRM/Tool Stack/Architecture. Your role will be to enable our GTM teams by implementing and optimizing our tooling, always looking for ways to integrate AI to enhance workflows and boost overall efficiency.

  • Data Foundation & Robustness: You'll build and maintain a rock-solid data foundation for all our GTM operations, ensuring data quality and integrity are impeccable to support accurate reporting and analysis.

  • Reporting, Analytics & Insights: You'll lead our internal business performance reviews, providing me and the team with clear, data-driven insights. Your analytical expertise will be key in identifying growth opportunities and supporting critical decision-making.

  • Operational Leadership: You'll directly lead the RevOps team, and through your influence, collaboration, and alignment on shared objectives, you'll guide our broader GTM teams.

  • Business Planning & Modeling: You'll work closely with me and other cross-functional teams to facilitate and construct robust business plans and growth models, ensuring complete alignment across our GTM efforts.

  • Market Strategy Development: You'll leverage your strong business acumen to transform analytical insights into actionable strategies that directly support our commercial objectives.

  • Special Projects: You'll take ownership of strategic projects, ranging from exploring new partnerships to implementing operational improvements, all contributing to our company’s broader growth strategy.

Job requirements

  • A highly analytical mindset with the innate ability to conduct both market and internal business analysis, always generating the insights that drive effective decision-making.

  • Strong business acumen to effortlessly translate insights into actionable strategies that consistently hit our commercial objectives.

  • Extensive experience in process definition and optimization, with a genuine passion for designing, implementing, and training teams on workflows that truly work.

  • Proficiency in RevOps tools and GTM systems, coupled with a strong curiosity and drive to integrate AI to continually streamline operations.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a commercial, strategic, or operations role, with 1-3 years in a leadership position – demonstrating your readiness to own a critical domain.

  • A background in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Strategy & Operations, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Sales/Business Development, giving you a strong foundation for this high-impact role.
