As we grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Team Lead to take the reins on our marketing strategy, execution, and team leadership.

As our new Marketing Team Lead, you will drive our marketing efforts forward, leading brand and content strategy, campaign execution, and product marketing initiatives while managing a small but high-performing team. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and product to build a strong brand presence, customer engagement, and account retention. This is a strategic and hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys both setting direction and rolling up their sleeves.

Your Mission:

Set Strategic Direction:

  • Spearhead our marketing function, ensuring every initiative aligns with our overarching company vision and delivers measurable growth.

  • Architect and execute a cutting-edge marketing strategy that propels Source.ag towards its ambitious targets.

Campaign Leadership:

  • Lead the charge in planning and executing high-impact campaigns across diverse channels – digital, events, account-based marketing, and product launches.

  • Spearhead our presence at key industry events and orchestrate exclusive engagements that forge lasting relationships.

Collaborative Stakeholder & Partner Engagement:

  • Cultivate strong collaborations with internal teams, fostering a creative environment laser-focused on achieving tangible results.

  • Collaborate with external experts (e.g., video production, web agencies) to deliver exceptional, high-quality content that resonates.

Operational Mastery & Technological Advancement:

  • Drive marketing efficiency through our operations platform (Pardot/Salesforce), leveraging campaign automation and nurturing programs to maximize impact.

  • Stay ahead of the curve in marketing trends and technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Champion the integration of AI-powered tools, including LLMs, to revolutionize content creation, campaign automation, and performance analysis, unlocking new levels of efficiency.

  • Own our website presence (via CMS), transforming data-driven insights from marketing analytics into winning strategies.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, including at least 1-2 years in a lead or managerial position

  • A holistic approach to marketing: able to connect brand, content, campaigns, and customer experience into a unified, results-driven strategy

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Able to art direct or brief creatives effectively

  • Early adopter of AI tools that enhance marketing workflows and improve efficiency

  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Linkedin Ads Analytics, CRM analytics, etc.) 

  • Digital Marketing expertise, working knowledge of digital channels (SEO, paid media, email marketing, social, etc.).

  • Campaign planning & execution, designing and running multichannel campaigns

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on project management skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; confident working closely with senior management

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms) is a strong plus

  • Fluent in English, Dutch speaking is a requirement.

Salary range: 73K - 80K EUR annual base salary (based on 40 hrs / week, incl holiday allowance), depending on experience the candidate brings to the role.
