The Opportunity: 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated People Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will serve as a people partner, working closely with our managers and employees to drive people initiatives that align with our overall business objectives. In this role you will collaborate with and report into the VP People & Culture. 

What You'll Be Excited To Do:

  • Business Partnering:

    • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees on all people-related matters, including Employee relations, Learning & Development, performance management, engagement and change management.

    • Translate business priorities into actionable People initiatives, ensuring alignment between people programs and business goals.

    • Proactively signal and address people challenges, providing data-driven insights and solutions.

    • Talent attraction, support managers with hiring processes and attracting the right people to build their team 

  • People Projects:

    • Lead people projects, from design to implementation, such as D&I, Learning & Development and Wellbeing

    • Drive continuous improvement in People practices, processes and systems including use of AI, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.

  • HR Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operational tasks, such as employee onboarding/offboarding, contracts, documentation, payroll, HR data and systems and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

    • Ensure accurate and timely HR data reporting, insights and analysis to inform decision-making.

    • Coordinating office management & company events

Job requirements

  • Strong Business Acumen: You understand how businesses operate and can connect People initiatives to business outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Start date per November 1 2025
