Are you an enthusiastic and hands-on student with a passion for people and getting things done? Do you want to gain practical experience within a People & Culture team where ownership, organization, and follow-through really matter? Then this internship at Source is for you!

As a People & Culture Intern, you will support our team with various tasks that directly contribute to the engagement of our people. You will have the opportunity to work on projects that improve daily office operations and make a difference in how people experience Source every day.

 

The opportunity: what youโ€™ll do

During this internship, you will focus on the following areas:

  • Office Management:

    • Support in creating an amazing and functional office environment by proactively spotting what needs attention and taking action.

    • Coordinate and oversee office supplies, facilities, and supplier contacts, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Company Events:

    • Organize company events (e.g., social drinks, dinners, team-building activities, and outings).

    • Support with logistics, communication, and event evaluation, from preparation to execution.

  • People Operations:

    • Assist with administrative tasks in the people domain, including maintaining personnel files, conducting recruitment activities, and preparing documents.

    • Support the onboarding process for new employees to help them feel at home quickly, with a strong focus on smooth logistics and attention to detail.

  • People & Culture Projects:

    • Actively contribute and participate in various People & Culture projects, focusing on, for example, well-being, engagement, performance management, or a relevant topic of your interest.

    • Conduct research and analyze data to initiate new initiatives, and help translate ideas into concrete action.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • You are pursuing a relevant HBO or WO (higher professional education or university) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field.

  • You are proactive, organized, service-oriented, and detail-oriented.

  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • You are a team player and have a positive attitude.

  • Affinity with creating a positive employee experience and work environment.

  • You are based in the Netherlands and enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship.

  • Preferred start date: March 2026.
