As a People & Culture Intern, you will support our team with various tasks that directly contribute to the engagement of our people. You will have the opportunity to work on projects that improve daily office operations and strengthen Source's culture.
The opportunity: what you’ll do
During this internship, you will focus on the following areas:
Office Management:
Support in creating an amazing and functional office environment.
Coordinate and oversee office supplies, facilities, and supplier contacts.
Company Events:
Organize company events (e.g., social drinks, dinner, team building activities and outings).
Support with the logistics, communication, and evaluation of events.
People Operations:
Assist with administrative tasks within the people domain, such as maintaining personnel files, recruitment activities and preparing documents.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, helping them feel at home quickly.
People & Culture Projects:
Actively contribute and participate in various People & Culture projects, focusing on, for example, well-being, engagement, performance management or a relevant topic of your interest.
Conduct research and analyze data to initiate new initiatives.
Job requirements
You are pursuing a relevant HBO or WO (higher professional education or university) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field.
You are proactive, organized, service oriented and have an eye for detail.
You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
You are a team player and have a positive attitude.
Affinity with creating a positive employee experience and work environment
You are based in the Netherlands and enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
