Job description

At Source.ag, we’re building the sales machine that will power our next stage of growth — and we’re looking for a highly entrepreneurial Revenue Operations specialist to help design and scale it.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Revenue (Bas van den Brande) on everything from CRM and automation to sales enablement, data infrastructure, and GTM strategy. This is a full-stack role: you’ll identify opportunities, get the data, ship solutions, and make the team move.

We’re not looking for a button pusher. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates at speed, and wants to build the GTM engine from the ground up.

Own and Evolve the GTM Systems Stack

  • Own Salesforce CRM: design, maintain, and optimize its architecture to support a scalable GTM motion

  • Administer and evolve supporting tools (e.g., Chargebee, Google Sheets, etc.)

  • Ensure system integrity, user management, documentation, and change management best practices

Full-Stack Execution

  • Take a problem, understand it deeply, gather the data, and execute — fast

  • Run strategic RevOps projects end-to-end, collaborating with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product

  • Be hands-on, proactive, and always looking for ways to make the commercial team operate better

GTM Enablement & Execution

  • Build playbooks, customer journeys, and ROI narratives to help the sales team close faster

  • Partner with GTM teams to identify friction in the buyer journey — and solve it through process or tooling

  • Help set goals, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement across the funnel

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
