We're currently seeking a seasoned professional to join us as a Senior Sales Manager for the North America market. This role is ideal for a talented sales professional, who brings an established network and deep understanding in the Greenhouse industry.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with a deep understanding of, and an established network within, the Mexico Greenhouse industry. This role is based in Mexico, Querétaro region.

This is a critical role where you will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy, building our customer base, and strengthening our relationships with key stakeholders in the region. What You'll Do:

  • Market Expansion: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities, with a primary focus on the major growers and distributors in Mexico.

  • Strategic Selling: Lead the entire sales process—from initial Prospecting and Discovery to persuasive Presentation and Negotiation—securing high-value, long-term deals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our AI Solution Specialist team to tailor product demonstrations and maximize customer value, and collaborate with the Product team to ensure the best market fit.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with top-tier growers, distributors, and industry partners to drive long-term success and customer retention.

  • Travel: Maintain a high degree of travel activity (>50%) across the region to meet clients and close opportunities.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales/account management experience within the Greenhouse industry

  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex, enterprise, and high-value deals

  • An established network within the Mexico Greenhouse market, including key growers, marketers, distributors, and industry associations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment

  • Adaptability and willingness to pivot sales strategies in response to market changes

  • Willing to travel >50% of the time
