We are looking for a dynamic, commercially savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive Source's international growth. Somebody with experience driving revenue while creating customer relationships that builds loyalty. Our ideal candidate is customer-centric, takes full ownership of their territory as if it were their own business, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in helping our customers improve their business.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships with vegetable growers in the global Greenhouse industry. We need a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is laser-focused on results. Here's what will get your adrenaline pumping as a Sales Manager at Source:

  • Leading Sales Initiatives: Drive sales, unearth new opportunities, and create strong client partnerships in the global horticultural industry.

  • Pioneering Market Entries: Develop and execute strategies for entering new regions, leveraging your relationships with industry pioneers.

  • Hands-On Approach: The commercial domain at Source is evolving, and we need someone ready to roll up their sleeves and co-build this domain with us.

Job requirements

You have:

  • Experience: 4+ years in the horticultural sector, with a can-do attitude and a penchant for fast-paced environments.

  • Mindset: Approach decision-making with data-driven insights and a relentless pursuit of improvement.

  • Perspective: Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and abroad (Europe, North America), with fluency in Spanish.
