  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions to improve the scalability of our workflows, flow builder flows, validation rules, (custom) objects, and fields.

  • Integrating Salesforce with other internal and external applications such as Intercom and Spotdraft, managing these integrations alongside third-party connectors like Zapier, Paperform, and Quip to ensure seamless data flow and synchronisation.

  • Acting as a Salesforce and internal tooling advisor to the Salesforce team and business, providing guidance and recommendations for best practices and optimal system usage.

  • Offering technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users when required.

  • Staying on top of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, suggesting enhancements to maximise the platform's capabilities.

  • Documenting technical specifications, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and uphold system integrity.
